Jerry Kafieh (Hon BSc, PfMP, PMP, DASSM, ITIL) is a seasoned project management professional, consultant, and educator with over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors. Born in Toronto, Ontario, to immigrant parents who arrived in Canada in the mid-1950s, Jerry grew up in a family that valued discipline, education, and community service. After graduating from St. Michael’s College School and earning his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, where he was active in student politics, Jerry began his career in pharmaceutical sales before transitioning into project management. Since 1998, he has specialized in designing and leading enterprise-level project management frameworks and governance systems. As Director of NewTech Horizons Inc., Jerry combines hands-on consulting with teaching, helping organizations strengthen delivery capability and individuals build professional confidence.
